It's a contemplative practice rooted in the belief that something wiser than your conscious mind — call it the Self, call it the Spirit, call it God — is already at work in your life, and that paying attention to it changes everything.

Drawing on Jungian depth psychology alongside Celtic Christian spirituality, our sessions make room for what usually goes unspoken: the dream that won't leave you alone, the synchronicity that felt like more than coincidence, the parts of yourself you've exiled because they didn't fit who you were supposed to be.

You don't need a crisis to begin this work, though many people arrive in the middle of one. You don't need a particular faith background. You only need a willingness to walk toward what's true, even when it's unclear where the path leads.
